Most modular housing solutions are designed for single-family homes using conventional factory-built construction methods. Our focus is different. We are solving the challenge of scalable, multi-family, multi-story housing for Northern and remote communities.

Lightweight Modular Innovation

Our proprietary system combines a pre-engineered, ultra-lightweight aluminum exoskeleton with high-performance SIP panels that can be customized to virtually any R-value. Components can ship flat-pack for maximum logistical efficiency or arrive pre-assembled into modules.

Unlike traditional modular systems, our technology can scale up to 10 stories, unlocking much-needed housing density in communities where surveyed land is extremely limited.

After extensive evaluation the Greenex Condensed Aerosol from SSi Fire Solutions was chosen as the only acceptable option to replace the fire suppression systems in the North Warning Systems facilities.

Faster Interiors with Fewer Trades

Our flexible FALK interior system is fully modular and designed to ship flat-pack for factory or on-site installation. This dramatically reduces construction time, minimizes required trades, and improves speed-to-occupancy without compromising quality.

Smarter Infrastructure Design

We also integrate the EVAC septic system, eliminating the need for traditional roof venting and complex sewage line configurations. This removes a major design constraint in modular construction and creates greater flexibility in module placement and building layout.
